Return Policy
CANCELLATIONS - Orders cancelled before shipping out will receive a full refund.
CLEARANCE SALES AND BOXING WEEK SALES - All sales of items marked clear out or listed under clearance categories are FINAL. There will be no returns or exchanges of those items.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS - All authorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge and all customs/brokerage charges incurred during shipping back to the warehouse will be withheld from the refund amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All Items must be returned with the original package in like-new condition.
Authorized returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date on your Invoice, with the original package in like-new condition. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE - Merchandise considered defective must be authorized by VANITIES BY US (customer service). All defective returns must be prepaid in order to be accepted by VANITIES BY US. VANITIES BY US in its sole discretion will determine whether the returned defective products are in fact defective. VANITIES BY US is not responsible for any products deemed mistreated or worn out. For all merchandise deemed not defective, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs back to them.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY - All merchandise contained in our catalogues is sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. The user assumes all risks related to the use of the merchandise.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Vanities by US product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Vanities by US reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Vanities by US reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Vanities by US shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination
Upon accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process, these terms and conditions are applicable to you. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Vanities by US without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. Impersonation of others, including Vanities by US or other licensed employees, hosts, or representatives, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
