Vanity Warranty - 1 Year

Warranty: Vanities by US shall warrant the purchased vanity for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The Buyer/Owner agrees to the warranty outlined by the individual manufacturer/s; their respective warranty periods and their terms of warranty within. These product warranties shall be issued by the manufacturer to the benefit of the Buyer/Owner. If applicable, Vanities by US shall provide the Buyer/Owner with the labour to complete approved warranty work. The Buyer/Owner acknowledges by installing and providing renovation by themselves or by an external contractor, that the warranty related to this purchase shall be limited. Vanities by US specifically, but not by the way of limitation, do not warrant the accuracy or sufficiency of any advice or recommendations given to the Buyer/Owner in connection with the sale of goods.

Procedure for Warranty: Replacement the Buyer/Owner shall contact Vanities by US. A representative from the manufacturer may choose to inspect or may request material back for warranty evaluation. Upon approval, the material shall be ordered and sent. Vanities by US is not responsible for loss from the Buyer/Owner in any way, due to warranty approved work done, the time taken to manufacture, nor the delivery and installation. Vanities by US at its sole option shall repair or replace any defective or warranted material or work to a reasonable standard. THIS SHALL BE THE BUYER/OWNER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. The Buyer/Owner shall not return any goods to Vanities by Us or the manufacturer to authorize a warranty until either entity has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate the claim.
